Maintenance Package

The Maintenance Package provides maintenance of the Concurrent Design Platform software infrastructure, including upgrades.

 The Maintenance Package consists of:

• A yearly renewable maintenance contract which includes: 
  • email/phone helpdesk
  • CDP software infrastructure upgrades
  • Online helpfiles, downloadable manuals etc.
  • Online help forum (private and public help functions)
